Soph has been a huge part of the Blondee family since the beginning, creating incredible transformations as a freelance stylist at the Newstead Salon.

Soph specialises in dark to blonde transformations and is Brisbane’s leading Asian-hair blonde specialist.

With over 20 years of experience, Sophors is a true master. She not only demonstrates excellence in care, talent and creativity for her clients but also extends her passion and knowledge as part of our Blondee Education team for our emerging stylists.

We are so thrilled to finally have Soph officially onboard with the Blondee Newstead team!

Brie is our go-to gal for all things blondes, brondes and lived-in colour - as well as shags, curly hair, fringes and the BEST bouncy blow waves.

Truly a stylist of incredible talent, Brie has brought 9 years of experience in the hair industry to the team at Newstead and has hit the ground running.

After deciding early in her career to specialise in blondes, her impeccable craftsmanship shines through in each and every colour.

We are so lucky to have Brie as part of our team - as an endless source of inspiration and as a calm, fresh and fun presence in the salon.

Since joining the team as a first year apprentice in 2021, Jessica is the first emerging stylist to have completed her training at Blondee Newstead - and we couldn’t be more proud!

Jessica’s foiling wizardry is unmatched and along with her cool & calm nature and good sense of humour she is an invaluable addition to our team.

We have been so thrilled to be able to watch Jess establish herself amongst the best hair stylists in the industry. Her work is as good, if not better, than stylists many years her senior.

From the smallest maintenance appointment to the hugest transformation, Jess will have you feeling and looking your best after every visit!

Luca is our bright and bubbly senior stylist. Luca joined the Blondee Newstead team in 2022 as a school-based apprentice and now having officially finished her apprenticeship, we can attest that Luca’s talent for transforming her clients is well beyond her years. Her passion for creating engaging content online, coupled with her beautiful styling, foiling and colour work is a recipe for greatness. 

Many of Luca’s regular clients can attest to her natural ability for a great chat. Making her clients feel warm, welcome and at ease is a specialty of Luca’s and is just one of the factors that make her one of the best up-and-coming stylists.

Hardworking, kind and reliable - our senior stylist, Kristy, is all these things and more! If you’ve visited our Newstead salon you would have seen Kristy buzzing around the salon assisting our stylists and keeping the salon running smoothly as an apprentice, and now creating the most beautiful transformations as a senior stylist.

Kristy loves being able to socialise with her clients and her friendly nature has her always up for a good chat! Thriving in a busy, hardworking environment is Kristy’s thing and is what makes her such an exceptional stylist!

Bright, cool and down-to-earth is how we would describe our amazing second-year Amelia!

With a love for all things hair, beauty and fashion, Amelia has fit right in here at Blondee and cemented herself as an indispensable part of our family!

Amelia loves styling and has found a passion for creating beautiful curls and mermaid waves on her client's hair. You'll catch Amelia creating content in salon, helping our seniors tone and style and generally just keeping the salon running!

2ND YEAR EMERGING STYLIST

Lily’s ‘why’ is all about the look on her client’s face when she reveals their dream hair. Our kind, confident and funny apprentice loves learning from the seniors in the salon and doing what she can to lend a hand. 

You’ll see Lily buzzing around the salon keeping everything running smoothly, perfecting a blow dry or jumping on to help out at the basin.

After work, she adores spending time with her two mini Daschunds!

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Erin joined us in 2021 as our Newstead salon coordinator and has since moved into the role as Operations Manager, working across all salons. Erin has years of experience in administration, reception and marketing and has thoroughly enjoyed transferring these skills over to the hairdressing industry.

As a lover of all things hair and beauty, Erin thrives in a salon environment and absolutely loves to see clients achieve the hair of their dreams!

While Erin’s role is evolving away from the front desk, she will always be available to assist you with whatever query you may have, and continues to be a bubbly presence across both salons!

Creative director and co-owner of Blondee Morningside, Holly has been creating magic from the beginning.

She loves all things blonde, balayage and big transformations! Her calm and happy nature will have you feeling at ease and with over 10 years experience you can trust that your hair will be in safe hands.

She believes that listening is the key in understand each client’s wants and needs and is the secret to her bold and beautiful transformations. Highly knowledgable, she will share her best kept at-home tips so you can maintain the best colour in between your appointments.

With five years of experience, Jorja brings both skill and passion to every appointment. After spending two years refining her craft in Sydney, she’s returned home with a wealth of knowledge and a love for creating low-maintenance, high-impact blondes.

As a certified Great Lengths bond specialist, Jorja is known for her meticulous approach to Keratin Bond extensions and her commitment to achieving dream hair without compromising on health. Her priority is always hair integrity, and she works closely with each client to build a tailored hair care routine that supports long-term results.

Jorja is admired not just for her technical skills, but for the vibrant energy she brings to the salon and the genuine connections she builds with everyone in her chair.

Since joining Blondee, Amanda has become an integral part of the Morningside team. While Amanda commenced her hairdressing career at Blondee as a salon assistant, she decided to commence her hairdressing apprenticeship, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Amanda loves to transform her clients into the best versions of themselves, and is a perfectionist when it comes to cutting and colour.

Amanda is passionate about all things styling and her creativity, talent and easy-going nature has brought only incredible vibes to the Morningside salon.

Imogen has recently joined the Blondee team full-time after working with us part-time in 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her officially on board. Ready to fully immerse herself in everything hair, Imogen brings a genuine passion for the industry and a beautiful eagerness to learn.

Growing up around hairdressing with her mum in the industry, becoming a stylist always felt like a natural path for her. She’s always had a love for all things hair and is soaking up every opportunity to refine her skills and grow. We can’t wait to watch Imogen flourish and become an incredible stylist.

What can’t Hayley do! Our Morningside Salon Coordinator started her career in New Zealand as a hairdresser herself. After 6 years on the floor, Hayley relocated to Brisbane and stepped into a salon coordinator role - and she hasn’t looked back since!

Hayley has found her stride in being a coordinator and loves all aspects of the job. From being the first point of contact for clients, supporting our stylists to be their best and ensuring everyones day runs smoothly and stress free - she is totally in her element.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find our gal in the gym or on a HGW (hot girl walk)!

Even with over 18 years as a hair stylist, Cat still gets full body chills every time she sees how happy her clients are after a service. That moment when a client first sees their new colour during a blow dry is one of Cat’s favourite parts of the job.

Honest and kind, Cat is one of the best. Connecting with her clients and making them feel heard is what Cat believes are the most important aspects of the job.

Cat finds that acting as though her clients’ hair is her own and not stopping until she is satisfied with the results guarantees that her clients leave the salon 100% happy.

Carly is our self-confessed big sister in salon. Over her last 23 years as a stylist, Carly has found a deep passion for not just creating beautiful hair, but building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with her clients. Carly loves being there for all her clients’ big moments and is so grateful that she gets to make women feel good about themselves day after day.

Carly is the type of hairdresser that you will want to keep coming back to again and again, due in part to her gorgeous nature and her incredible talent. While lived-in blondes are Carly’s specialty, she’s also obsessed with Coppers and loves to create stunning colours for her clients. Listening to her clients' needs and educating them on how to get salon hair at home ensures that for Carly’s clients, every day is a good hair day.

While she is driven and passionate, we are also obsessed with Carly’s goofy jokes, her love for learning and self-development, and genuine intent to make every day in the salon a wonderful day.

Saffron is our dynamite Master Stylist at Blondee Burleigh. Since joining the team, Saff has brought nothing but blonde-perfection to each and every guest that graces her chair.

Originally from the UK, Saff has worked in some of the top salons in Cambridge and London. Now, with over 10 years of experience in hairdressing, Saffron loves all things blonde transformations and luxury guest experiences. As a tape extension specialist, you can count on Saff to give you the hair of your dreams.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Saff exploring her new city!

Matilda started her hairdressing apprenticeship at Blondee Burleigh in 2025 and is already showing great promise, quite literally making (hair) waves!

Her charismatic and open-minded nature means her energy is infectious, and she approaches every day in the salon with excitement. Matilda's passion lies in using her exceptional styling skills to bring her guests' inspiration photos to life, helping them feel like the very best version of themselves.

In the salon, Matilda is dedicated to supporting the stylists and the day-to-day running of the salon to her full potential.

With six years of experience as a stylist, Jaymi brings a rare combination of creativity, precision, and heartfelt passion to Blondee. She loves the ever-changing rhythm of salon life, meeting new faces each day and helping create beautiful experiences for our guests.

Highly detail-oriented and naturally organised, Jaymi keeps our space running seamlessly while uplifting the team with cheerleader energy. She’s deeply passionate about content creation and loves bringing the Blondee brand to life both in-salon and online.

When she’s not coordinating the magic behind the scenes, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at the beach with her gorgeous black lab, Scout, who adores swimming!
