Faith Williams is the passionate founder and owner of Blondee Salons, where she brings her unique vision for creativity, excellence, and community to life. With a background in hairdressing and a keen eye for business, Faith has dedicated herself to building a salon that embodies not only exceptional hairstyling but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff alike.

Even with over 18 years as a hair stylist, Cat still gets full body chills every time she sees how happy her clients are after a service. That moment when a client first sees their new colour during a blow dry is one of Cat’s favourite parts of the job.

Carly is our self-confessed big sister in salon. Over her last 23 years as a stylist, Carly has found a deep passion for not just creating beautiful hair, but building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with her clients. Carly loves being there for all her clients’ big moments and is so grateful that she gets to make women feel good about themselves day after day.

For Molly, Hairdressing has been a part of her whole life. Starting work at 13 in her Mum’s salon in the UK, Molly has grown up in the hair industry and always loved the atmosphere and building relationships with her clients.

Brodie joins the Burleigh team with over 10 years of experience working in administration, training and customer service.
Brodie started her Blondee journey as a Morningside client and joined the team after relocating to the Gold Coast. She has a deep understanding of each crucial point in our client’s journey and works hard to ensure every client is well looked after from day one.
Brodie’s cool and calm nature, her love for all things beauty and fashion and her incredible organisational skills make her an exceptional first point of contact for our newly established Burleigh salon.

My whole experience at Blondee was 10/10! I seriously could not fault one thing about my appointment. The salon is gorgeous and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The Gold Coast salon has only been open since October I think but I can honestly say it is operating better than salons that have been around for 10+ years! Molly did my hair and I’m SO obsessed with how it turned out, the colour is perfect and she talked me through the whole process to explain exactly what she was doing which was super comforting. Plus the neck massage, the cheeseboard, the G&T AND massaging chairs?! It was all the little details that made this experience unbeatable. I’ve definitely found my new go to salon on the Gold Coast!
