So, what are the next steps?

Firstly, our leadership team will review all applications for suitability.

If we love the look of your application, we will be in touch to arrange a 5-10 minute phone interview to get to know you a little better.

Candidates that progress through to the next round will be invited to participate in an in-depth interview either in the salon or via Google Meet.

We may then organise for you to meet us in salon for a trial (usually a half head of highlights and a haircut on a hair model) so we can assess your skill level. As we are a tiered-price salon, we want to ensure that your prices accurately reflect your experience and talent.

If we both feel aligned and happy to proceed, we will formally offer you a position.
